You can purchase some things like fresh vegetables at the grocery store, farmer markets, specialty shops, and/or wholesale food distributors. Some of the other stuff you might need to go to Costco, WalMart, Office Max, and/or a restaurant supply center. But always have a back-up plan; make sure you see about bulk rate discounts and other money saving ideas.

Is it worth it?
Now with that in mind, everyone eats. An obvious yet overlooked fact by most of us. Why would I say that? Well we all enjoy eating, most do anyway. Sometimes we eat just because, other times we are truly hungry. But if we didn’t eat we would not exist, well not for long anyway.
So that is the reason why you might consider getting into the food service business in the first place. After all just look at the numerous fast food, fine dining, hotdog stands, kiosks, and food trucks already operating. Then consider take-out, delivery, catering, and even readymade items at the local grocery. So then you might be thinking, “With all of this competition is it worth it”?
