Actually yes, with all the places to eat people still like to get good food fast. But if it is really good they will go out of their way to get it. McDonald’s is almost always busy but so is White Castle (or White Knight, Crystals, depending on the part of the country you’re from). Why is that the case? They are fast and serve the need. We all like belly bombers but they aren’t something you want all the time.

Subway is good but so is Jimmy Johns and Quiznos. They all serve sandwiches, of some sort. Some are better than others, but they are all fast. However, what about the specialty places? How come there are still mom and pop type restaurants that not only compete but steal business from the larger chains? They have something unique or special that draws the crowd, such as Wimpy’s Sandwich Shop in Washington Missouri.
But now here is something that is even better then that! The food truck, that comes to you! Or at least it is at a more convenient spot than having to drive to the local food strip or shopping center to find your favorite processed burgers or greasy tacos. The food truck can serve fresh items, quickly, and at a reasonable price. So of course people will want to go to your truck.
