We work all day, often making the mistake of skipping meals and then get hungry later in the evening. This causes a few issues; firstly your body is now digesting and not letting you rest properly. Secondly it has been linked to weight gain and tooth decay. So try to eat a few hours before bed time! That way your body will have the needed time to metabolize the food.
