37. Truck Driver Health – Don’t Skip Any Meals
As I mention it earlier you should eat proper and healthy meals, and they should be small but frequent. When eating healthy and small, there is no set up portions of healthy snacks you can have but try to not skip any meals, especially not breakfast! And you should not eat any kind of breakfast, but eat the one that is good for your body and the one that will give you energy to start the day.
You see, feeding your body is same like feeding your truck engine. If you add fuel it will run properly. Well the same goes for your body, if you feeding it right will run, if you don’t eventually you will run into issues!
38. Truck Driver Health – Maintain Proper Hygiene And Cleanliness
Just because you are “leaving“ in your truck that doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness. The least you can do is to wash your hands as often as possible, especially before eating. That way you will reduce the risk of getting sick and entering germs in your body.
