15. Truck Driver Health – Eat Proper Portions At Meantime

This should be a no brainer. But you’d be surprised just how many of us (yes me too) pile on the food. We go to all you can eat buffets and not eat it all but eat as if it’s our last meal before hibernation! I am not saying don’t eat your fill; what the experts suggest is that we should eat smaller portions at mealtime. Eat well balanced, normal sized portions, not the entire buffet in one sitting.
