Step 1: Inspect The Truck Tire From The External Side
- Inspect the truck tire to find the injury and keep inspecting to check if there are small other injuries
- Mark the injured spot with crayon
- Remove the nail from the tire and do that very carefully avoiding further damage

Step 2: Inspect The Truck Tire From The Internal Side
- Take a crayon and Mark the injured spot
- Remove the Foreign Object only from the entering angle
You need new tire in cases when:
- The damage extends to the edge of the shoulder belt
- If the injury is in the side wall
- If you notice cracks and dry rots
Step 3: Clean The Area Around The Injury
- For this step, you will need inner liner cleaner
- Before you use this tool you need to clean the surface around the injury with cloth removing dust and ground pieces
- Clean the surface of the truck tire carefully. If some pieces of dirt stay in the tire the truck tire repair will fail because of not proper adhesion
