Sometimes in the shipping papers, it is required to be listed the technical name. The technical name shall be placed after the Proper Shipping Name or better known as Basic Description.
Also, it is recommendable for the shippers to include a subsidiary hazard class; it shall be placed straight after the primary hazard class information.
Moreover, the shipping papers must also include the date when the hazardous material is accepted by the carrier. Maintaining a copy or electronic image is more than welcomed.
